AC / Heater blower issue

AC / Heater blower issue
i have a 2008 C350 and there is an issue with my ac fan blowing air. When I start the car it seems to work fine. Blows cold and hot (depending on what temp I am wanting). So no issue with that. The problem is after about 15 minutes the air stops coming out of the vents even though I can still hear the fan running. Turning the car off and then back on again usually fixes the problem. I also notice that there isn’t much difference in the 5 or 6 fan speed selections. Except for the the top 2. The lower speed settings seem to blow at the same pressure.
Is this a common problem? I haven’t found any similar issues in the c class forum (W204)
