Exclamation Mercedes Benz center cap question 75mm
Going to buy new center caps.

Some Mercedes center caps come with a single tension wire and others don't. Why the difference? Is one type better than the other?

Am I supposed to transfer the old wires before installing the new caps or are they supposed to be installed without wires?

I don't believe you need the wires, although I haven't done this yet.

I got 3 different sets of 4 from Ebay (seller infinexus). $18 a set. These are nice and feel well made. Only the blue ones have wires. The others don't use wires.
