quiet ride tires and smooth ride tires

i would go michelin. I have conti DWS and they suck for noise they sound like they are whistling this is summer 2 with them I can't wait to get rid of them.

Firestone Firehawk Indy 500. Amazing. Smooth riding and quiet. Good in the wet and very cost effective. I got them and I'm very happy with them. Great reviews on Tire Rack as good as Michelin.

Last year i decided to switch to Continental DWS 06. This is a softer tire, great ride and good winter handling.
Now, I am not sure if it's the tire or my front suspension, but i can feel more vibrations from the tires on rough roads (coming through the gas pedal).
I previously had the front shocks replaced and the drivers side cv boot repaired, but i am hoping the rough feel is coming from the tires. I will be switching back to pzeros to test this theory.
