headrest rattle fix!

headrest rattle fix!
So my passenger head rest was rattling like crazy... I looked at fixes some said pull it out bend the rods and your good to go. Some said use felt and try to jam it in and around the headrest. Others said you need a new headrest and the part it slides into.
I used pliers and silicone spray and I traced the problem to the upper part just where the plastic and metal meet, theres a metal clamp that was messed up. Squeezed it tight with pliers and sprayed some lubricant. went over some crazy bumpy roads and the noise is gone thank god.
It took 3 minutes to fix.
1. go to the rear seat pop the back cover off.
2. have a small screw driver and begin to move and tap on the small parts to see whats rattling even hit the seat a little see if you can see anything.
3. fix it lol
then basically your done and you won't be annoyed while driving anymore.
