2012 C300 4MATIC Sport
I am in the market for a W204 and I am only going to buy a 2012 C300 4MATIC because it has the relatively most reliable engine of the entire class and a well-balanced one: the M272 engine.

Question above above, is the PZEV an option that has special parts and considerations when doing work on the car (like special gas tank with fuel pump etc..)?
Also if someone could help with some of the codes from the build sheet, that would help a bit.
I see a lot of things like:917PZEV EMISSION USA 954EQUIPMENT PACKAGE FOR AVANTGARDE VEHICLES A89REDUCED-FRICTION A87U VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY WITH VGS 3 FWLIMOUSINE And I am not sure what they mean.

Alright, stupid question here cause my fingers are blue from reading leather on car dealership websites, only to find out it is imitation leather upon checking the VIN.
Is leather a rare option? Is it more often seen in the Luxury model?
I think that nav and backup camera is more often seen in the Luxury model, hence the reason for the question.

I have to face reality. I thank you all for your guidance, knowledgeable advise and friendly disposition. This forum is great and is mature but I must move on.
I have bought an Audi A6 this weekend as it was in my price range and checked all the boxes.
I still wanted to find the right Merc. Maybe next time (if I remember my password!).
