Buying Process Questions - Forms
I was looking around for a used w205, found one that I liked at one of the nearby dealerships.
Now, this MB dealership was just sold to a local large non-Mercedes used car chain and the sales guys seem very new at selling Mercedes.
I talked to two sales guys and they where very nice, friendly, etc.
Then the finance/manager guy and forms came:

Then the finance/manager guy and forms came:
- A Mandatory Binding Arbitration form (I give up my right to sue them and use arbitration?? lolo)
- A No name form
(I give them my SSN and info and they run some check. They gave me some story about patriot act, bull****. I am not paying in cash or financing with them. So I declined. He came back (after talking to manager 
) and said its ok 
)
