All of a sudden the Abs lights and these light came on in my 2014 c300. I ran a diagnostic scanner and it shows be the following code:

central gateway fault- U103888 ( communication with the diagnostic can bus has a malfunction, Bus off)

Med 17.7-motor electronics for direct injection C003408(refer to manual)

I can’t find any informational on these codes. Any help is appreciated.
