Problem with the first start of the day

Hello!
I have a mercedes w 204 class c of 2007 and every day the first time I put it to work stays for a few seconds with some difficulty of the engine stabilize. For the rest of the day he picks up normally. I already changed the starter but the problem remains. What could it be?
Thank you

Possibly glowplugs ?
Scan for any stored codes.

Hello!
The glowplugs do not have any problem once a test was done by an electrician.
When I turn on the ObdII the following error codes appear:
U102700
U118100
d41e00
9DD013
Will any of these codes cause the bad start the first time of the day?
Thanks a lot for the help

The first two are to do with the chassis CAN Bus.
Are you using a Mercedes OBD reader as I can find nothing about the other codes.
Best practice is to clear all the codes then drive the car and see which return,
