hello i have a mercedes cls 320 cdi been laid upfor 12 months got it going and then it just stopped and will not restart

 

Wrong forum... You are in W204 whereas you should probably be in W219 forum..

Either way, when you say "got it going", How did you do that? A jump start?

I would guess that after 12 months of not running, the battery would be shot. And that is where I would start my diagnosis. Not much more to offer without your describing what it is doing or not doing.
