Engineer menu
I hope I made small mistake . I entered engineer menu to see can I change Equlaizer settings, but I didn't see them there. Then browse all menu and found SW update and pushed button.
Now I stuck there screen is showing Ver 11.15.00 and I don't have any clue how to get out of this.
And one more thing is there option where can I get Update CD or it is done only in MB dealer place?
My car is W204 2009. year C220 Europe.

This happened with me once where I couldn't get out of this mode after restarting COMAND and/or restarting the car. I had to put a CD in and then eject it and things went back to normal.

I tried insert cd but this doesn’t help
