Rim Offset
I own a 2010 C300 Sport Sedan. It has OEM Front rims with 17 x 7.5 47mm offset and Rear rims 17 x 8.5 56mm offset.
Will OEM Front 17 x 7.5 36mm offset and Rear 17 x 8.5 34mm offset (CLK/SLK OEM) fit?
I found a set chromed for a great price but am unsure they will fit with the different offsets.
Advice would be appreciated

Not a chance unfortunately.
I recently put on a set of wheels that are +45 in the front and +48 in the rear and the wheel face sits flush with the body all around. The sizes you listed would require ridiculously undersized tires to clear the fenders during suspension travel. Even then the wheel would stick past the body almost 1 cm and will look awkward.

In terms of how it looks, it being awkward is your opinion. I constantly get compliments on how my car looks...I even got a compliment when I went to Ford Nationals a couple weeks back. Just because you have a different view on how something looks, doesn't mean the person you are speaking too would agree with you, so why even mention it?

Usually unless there is some camber involved, sticking wheels out is for pickup trucks, of course to each their own for that matter.
The offsets are relatively aggressive so you might want to check the w204 wheel thread (non c63) and willitfit to get a rough idea.

I do owe some clarification though in that my post was specific to the wheels he mentioned being mounted on a car that isn't lowered with probably unstretched tires. I'm sure they'd be able to get it to look nice with some narrower tires stretched onto the wheels and lowering the car a bit to increase camber, but as-is that setup would look awkward.
Personally the "stance" fitment is not for me - I prefer tires to be square with the wheels and fitment to be flush without poking out - but I can still appreciate it.
