TA announcements and unlocking

TA announcements and unlocking
Hello new to the site, I have a 2009 C CLASS 180K and I've owned it for a few months now with no problems.
I've always turned off the annoying TA announcements but have always noticed every now and again they appear back on.
I've also noticed that every now and again I go to my car and it's unlocked (although I lock it) it's on my drive and has once been broken into so I regliously make sure it's locked when I go to bed.
This morning yet again the TA announcements are on and the car is unlocked. Almost like it resets itself and unlocks at the same time? Seems far fetched but I can't think of any other explanation.
Any ideas?
