W204 DTC Question

W204 2008, CDI 220 Avantgarde 125kw
W204 DTC Question
Hello guys! I'm the proud owner of an 2008 w204,c220 CDI . It was bought from a familly friend and its the first car I've got with my own money. I service it only at authorized Mecedes sevice points and everything so far is perfect.
But today i went and accesed the "secret menu". By pressing the red phone button ,# and 1. And after playing there, I've found something rather...intriguing.
1:ECU_Reset/Rec._0cc 0x20 - this was red in the dtc list.
When pressing on it the following lines appear:
Nb hex : 1614
Status hex: 0020
Freq Cnt: 73
1. Odo km: 21792
Last. Odo. Km: 1048544
Occ flag : 03
Temp : 11c
Volt: 10.9 v
UNI-ID HEX:FFFF
Dump: 12 FF FF FF Im confused mainly about the lasy odo km reading. Is that the total car mileage? Since my fammily friend had it new feom 2008, and still has the anual revision book with every km count year after year, signed and stanped by the dealer. It had 230 000 km in 2017 and now it has 261 000 km.
Any if you guys know anything about this? Should i worry? Thanks in advance and I hope to hear from you soon.
