Hi all

jumped into my car today to find that I had lost the option for Bluetooth media and also my sat nav had stopped working.

now when I go onto the nav page it tells me that

map data does not match command, please insert map dvd with the correct map material

I've never had a map dvd inserted whilst owning this vehicle and haven't got one.

anyone know what could have caused this?
