replace the blower motor and the regulator and still no power to the blower fuse is good getting power to the instrument panel and the blower resistor but when i turn on the ac on am not getting the signal or power to the fan resistors and from resistor to the blower.

If the fan is not getting voltage,then sounds like you have a faulty control module.

Thank for your quick response. Do you know how to test for voltage in the control module

Yes, get a volt meter and measure the voltage in steps(as you speed up the fan) from low to high and post the results

Got voltage from the control unit. Call the supplier they are sending me a new regulator. Will post after installing it.

New resistor didn't work

Control module voltage,
Lowest speed, 2.84V
highest, 10.11V
The only difference of the resistor is these #
