Maintenance schedule
I got my cpo with 13 k on it a year ago. They did 4 year 40K maintenance that includes all major fluids etc. After one year and less then 3000 miles is it really necessary to do the 5 year 50K? Any other car i wouldn't even consider it.

Up to you. 40K and 50K are not the same. Look on the mainetnance schedule in your owner's manual for what is recommended. A lot of it is just inspection. The fluids are more mielage related than age related, unless the car is pretty old, but in your case the car is only 5 years old with 16K miles. Do your know what fluids were changed on the 40K service?
