Lower memory which will make it bog down easier. May even be the V1 hardware as it doesn't say whether it is the octa core hardware.

It has wifi built in, or do you mean an internet connection? If internet, then the SIM card slots do not use bands that are available outside of China / Asia, so you have to tether it to a phone or dongle.
