Both my Mercedes keys "Lock" and "Trunk" functions work just fine. But my "UNLOCK" has become very unpredictable. Sometimes I need to press 4-5 times before it finally unlocks. One of my keys is new as I lost the original. As I said, both keys having the same issue. So I'm assuming it has nothing to do with the Keyfob.

I do not have Keyless Go. Just the regular key.

Any help would be appreciated.

I recently discovered our keys seem to consume batteries rather rapidly ... doesn't sound exactly like the symptoms you're mentioning but a easy first step in troubleshooting.
