P0269 Error after 30mins of driving...help!

C220 W204 2011
Question P0269 Error after 30mins of driving...help!
Hi

I am having a problem with my C220 W204 that after about 30mins of driving i get a P0269 Cylinder 3 error.

If i clear it, start and drive again it takes another 30+ mins to appear.

Also, if i drive over 3k rpm (not advisable!) it doesnt happen.

Has anyone had this problem, or does anyone have STAR near Rushden, Northants?
