Back Up Camera Quality
My question is, is that normal? Will an upgrade to it help out? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Mine is a DIY (~$5), and aimed very well. During the day, image is perfect. At night, some snow flake type of noise in the image. I have a super clean camera (~$35) on my SUV with no noise at night. I plan to replace the so-so camera with the super good one but never got time to do it.
If you are handy you can replace it. Look for high sensitivity and high S/N camera.

2. I tried VIN decoder from one website, found mine has backup camera. Therefore, that website is not a genuine decoder place. Tired another place and the result was difficult to understand.
This early morning I drove my SUV to work. It was still dark and my 'super good' camera showed a very clear image, no noise at all. By the way, I replaced the backup light bulbs with very bright whit LEDs that might help the rear view image quality.
