18x8.5 +45 Winter Setup
I知 currently running 19x8.5 +40 on 225/35/19 tires all around on my 2014 C300 Sport. The car is lowered on H+R Super Sports with the 3MM rear pads.
I知 currently looking at 18x8.5 +45 235/35/18 tires all around. Anyone running anything close so I can tell if it will rub before I go that route.

You should be fine. Also why not go for 17" as those will be cheaper and way better for snow tires.
