My car produces noticeable engine noise and small vibration when I first start it up in the morning. It's about 7 years old and has 46K miles on it. I replaced spark plugs to see if it would make a difference. The noise still remains until engine warms up. If I put it in gear the noise disappears right away. Does anyone know what could be causing this and if there is a remedy? Thank you
