220 CDI unsmooth accelerate or decelerate
I have 2011 blueefficiency W204 facelift 220 CDI with 6-speed manual gearbox. I has 130.000km right now, a lot of short trips.
A bit of history, in 2012 with 20.000km on car, we had replaced injectors and ecu under warranty. In 2015 we had to replace 1 DPF sensor and in 2017 we replaced second DPF sensor (quite some black thing there
).
that is about the repairs car had. Otherwise no issue.
But I'm having one more issue, which annoys me and dealer does not have an idea to fix. I could explain it like this:
".... excessive rubbery jerkiness every time you accelerate or decelerate. I mean the second you depress the accelerator pedal or the second I decelerate, it feels like you are being chain-pulled by another car. It's like a double or triple bounce.."
First thing to address was clutch (It had jerking takeoff when cluctch was hot). We replaced clutch, flywheel and all other things there (costed quite some money).
So clutch is smooth now, but issue described with accelerate or decelerate "chain-pull" is still present and mainly felt on lower rpm.
Any ideas what to check or anyone had same issue?

W204 facelift
I have to add.
I had around 500km highway road on weekend (Germany autobahn) and two days after that I don't have these symptoms.
But that was already in past (longer drive on highway) and after some time, it gets back.
So I assume it must be something with exhoust or anyother system in car, that can couse problems when driving diesel frequently on short trips (daily comute is only 7km from home to job)
