2012 C300 interior lightning

Hi all, just got the car and I'm having issues with the interior lightning? none of the buttons seems to make the interior lights turn on. Could it be a fuse? Could someone point me to the right direction?

Apart from this and owning the car for ~2hrs, I'm quite happy with it!

Appreciate all replies, thank you!

Welcome to the forum. Have you looked into finding a service shop in your area that specializes in just Mercedes Benz? It could well be fuse related. Are the light themselves LED's? I'm sure someone will chime in soon. GL!

Thank you! yes, I got that covered, but for something as I would imagine to be simple no need to see a mechanic for that and hoping to find the resolution through the forum! They're standard lightbulbs and none work inside the car except by the footwell when doors open I believe. The sun visor/vanity mirror lights, lights underneath rear-view mirror, and the rear passenger lights don't work. Bulbs look fine and I doubt they'd all go bad at once

I briefly checked the fuse box under the hood and in the trunk earlier this morning. I've replaced two fuses that were blown in the trunk, but those weren't related as the lights still do not work. (whatever they were, at least are good now) I'd love to fix it myself. I don't see which fuse # is associated w/ all those lights. Do you happen to know which fuse to look after? (I don't have the owner's manual saddly)

And if I understand correctly, theres no fuses inside the cabin in US models except for the radio correct?

Appreciate everyone's help while I diagnose this little problem. Other than that the car is flawless and gorgeous looking!

Check the fuse box when you open the drivers door by the light switch there's some fuses in there it's a plastic cover easy to open

No fuses there, that was the first place I checked after seeing that video last night. There are no fuses there on US models from my understanding.

Wish there was a diagram showing which fuses controls all those lights or whatever

Thanks for your replies, I tried looking for that fuse as shown in that article, but there are none in my car (US model)

Just thought I’d update this thread in the event something similar happens. The overhead dome light panel/switches needed to be replaced!
