W204 cornering light replacement
I checked about every thread regarding the replacement of the corner-illuminating H7 bulbs,and after 3 days of attempts and bloody hands, I am asking if anyone has a positive orientation of the tab for the bulb housing.
I have changed quite a few challenging bulbs in cars and bikes but this is ridiculous. The cutout is so small I can barely get my fingers partway in and the bulb is on the very outside of the opening. ****-poor design.
The one picture from a thread on this site is from an S550, and says to have the tab on the top left. I don't know if this is model specific or it changes from driver to passenger side.
Info would be appreciated.
