fluid changes

I own a 2012 C300 3MATIC with 44K miles. I change oil annually, driving about 5K miles per year. I was recently quoted about $1400 to chanbe the other fluids - ATF. differential, etc. It's my undersanding that it's best to leave the fluids alone, lest the change create issues. True?

Thanks,
Chris.

No. Get these fluid changed. I don't operate on mileage as I am a kilometer guy but yes there is a service interval. Change em!

Thanks,
Chris.
The maintenance intervals for your car are:

Engine oil and filter: 10,000 miles or 1 year (whichever comes first)
Transmission fluid and filter: 40,000 miles or 4 years (whichever comes first)
Brake fluid: every 2-3 years
Differential fluid: 100,000 miles
Coolant: 150,000 miles or 15 years (whichever comes first))
