Comand system navigation maps update
Hi, I have purchased V12 map updates for my September 2007 c220cdi comand system. This car was one of the first w204 models. I loaded the first dvd which began the update and got to 89% before failing.
I checked and cleaned the dvd and attempted to restart it but with the same problem. Now I have no satnav at all. I have asked for new discs ro be sent but in the meantime is there a way to set the nav system back as it was. I have no original discs.
I also have a 2010 C200 with Comand and these same discs worked fine on that model. I understand that there may be a difference in memory between the 2007 and the 2010 models.
