AUX greyed out after 10.25 android screen installed
Hi all, this is my first post. I recently installed a 10.25 inch screen from Chris at CKM. It's great but I'm having some issues. He's directed me to the manufacturer who have been good with my questions up until now. I have everything working including the oem comand showing on the new screen, apart from I can't now select AUX. It's completely disappeared from the audio menu. I went into the engineering screen and it shows as on but greyed out. Because I cannot select it, I have no sound from my android screen. The manufacturer is saying my car has the fault, but it was working before. PLEASE HELP!

hi, I have an AMI port only, so several adapters for aux, usb etc. I was able to select aux which appeared after first installing the screen. I disconnected it to hide wires etc and after reconnecting aux no longer shows. In the engineering menu it is showing audio aux on, but greyed out to select. Hope this info helps.

I have solved my issue. I went into the engineering screen and selected MOST to off. This activated the aux again and all is working perfectly
