Looking at a 09 c300
Hi all while I was deployed someone hit my wife in our 07 c230 (only had 58k miles cry) I’m going to look at a 09 c300 with 61k miles. What are some things to keep an eye out for? I love the way they look just need to make sure it’s a good car.

If its a 4matic, drive at 75mph and listen for a buzzing/whistle noise
if you hear it, avoid
make sure maintenance have been completed, especially transmission service

Rwd w204s are awesome if there was no snow in Canada I'd try to find one.

Headlight bulbs are cheap if that's what you mean
The whole assembly breaking is unlikely but, as with most cars, can run a couple hundred dollars.

The only thing that bugs me about that year W204 is the possibility the ESL may fail, a known risk but I have never found a percentage failure rate to assess probability...minuscule or pretty common ?. How many 100k mile C300's out there with original ESL motor.circuit board ?
