C300 Convenience submenu is missing?
Hello all, I am brand new to the MB world. I now have a 2012 C300 and the easy entry/exit steering wheel feature is not functioning. I can hear the motor moving but nothing happens. After a bit of research I learned it can be enable/disabled via the Settings menu, then the Convenience sub-menu. However, the Convenience option in the sub-menu is not there, it seems a Factory Reset option is in its place. Any ideas why, and/or how to change it? Thank you!

I have the same issue as noted above, wondering if anyone knows how to resolve this?
When accessing the menu, where there should be the convenience option, I only see a Factory Reset option.
as a result, the mirrors won’t fold &/or can’t be reset.
any suggestions would be helpful, thanks in advance.
vehicle is a 2014 C300 - just bought it used w/143,000 km
