I can't find third fuse box , not in the side of dash where door closes. Does anyone know where it is. ECU has directed me there for the heater fan blow setting not working at all.

There is no fuse box on the side of the dash. There is the one in the engine compartment on the driver's side and one in the trunk. If you find the fuse layout which for some reason is in with the spare tire that will help you. I know this, because I went through the same thing. Hope this helps.
