Passenger side heat blows cold air - help

Passenger side heat blows cold air - help
Hello all,
First thread/post here for me. I have a 2013 c300 4Matic Sport I purchased used about 6 months ago now and I love the car. I live in Michigan and, surprisingly, this Winter has be reasonably mild so I didn't notice this until wife and I drove somewhere and she mentioned her feet were freezing. As it turns out, when I have the HVAC set to hot, the passenger feet air outlet kicks out cold air. I've done some searching and I'm not convinced it would be the blower motor since it's still blowing air without any noise but I could be wrong. Anyone else experience this and what did you do to fix it? A/C seems to blow cold air to both correctly. Also, the heat front and windshield vents both seem to blow hot air for driver and passenger. That I can tell, it's only the feet outlet on the passenger side that isn't blowing hot air.
