2013 C300

Im not sure whats wrong with my sensor, but its starts beeping on 0.0 when i reverse even when the sensors are perfectly clean. Could be an internal problem but the main issue is not being able to turn off the sensor. If anyone knows how to turn off the forward and reverse parking sensor please let me know. I will try to add a picture of the sensor
