That all looks like clear coat damage and paint damage. Plastic roof rail you can pull off and repaint and clear coat yourself easily enough. The rest will take going to a good body/paint shop to be honest probably.
The wheels look to be scratched through the coating as well pretty good and would need to be restored as well.
No easy fix from the way the pics look.

thank you for your reply brother . The paint I will bring the car to the paint shop and fix . The wheel , as you say it kind of scratch , if I bring it to tire shop , can they restore it ?
