2011 c300
C300 TRANSMISSION DIES,
I can enter the mb world with a 2011 C300 with a dead transmission. I know the 722.9 has transfer case bearing issues that I can fix. My question is am I jumping into a money pit in taking on this challenge. The transmission turns, just no transfer of power.

Were you having a loud whirring noise before it died? Gained loudness over time and higher speeds?
