C200 delay start and a noise?

C200 delay start and a noise?
Dear members,
I drive Mercedes C200 2012 elegance, mileage 71,000km. I’ve been experiencing this problem and it sometimes shows check-engine light.
On cold starts, the starter takes long to start the car and right after engine is started there’s this cranking noise coming up for a few seconds and fades away.
After a few starts, the starter takes normal time to start but the noise can be heard in cabin for a few seconds.
When I took car for check at the dealership, they checked there was no code found because engine light does not show up sometimes.
Guide me through guys.
