C200 W204 2012 odometer rollback possible?

Hi all,

I bought my C200 2012 about 6 months ago; but ever since, I have never been satisfied and ever regretful of making the purchase, as it does not seem that it only had ~34,000km on the clock.

The steering wheel seems to be used heaps, and so does the key, and the chrome circle around the ignition insert seems to be cracked (from heat?).

On top of all this, no service history (Which I assumed the previous owner had never serviced it which is why I heavily overlooked it when I went ahead).

On the flip side, the car has the a smooth suspension (no creaks or weird clunks), transmission feels smooth, engine feels smooth (although is in need of a new timing chain as the current one is worn out a bit - thinking because no service history, it genuinely has had no services done to it at all?)

Also, the seats all look like a brand new car. And so do the door inserts. Have I bought just a big mistake? Someone please guide me, I need to get my mind off of this. I have researched heaps about this, everyone says it’s really difficult to tamper with this stuff in german cars.

All I ask is for your opinion; thank you.

Just seems like typical use? I mean, you use the key and the steering wheel every time, it's pretty normal.

Unless you have any structure/driveability problems I'd say it seems fine. Rollback it's pretty difficult to do these days...

I see. I was thinking they may have just taken zero care of it. Thanks
