Xentry test explanation needed please!

Hello everyone! I am just new here and I could use some help please.
Recently I have experienced some cold start issues. Every morning when I start the car for the first time the raves are going to cca 1500RPM and I have to wait about 2 minutes for the raves to get to normal cca 900RPM before I can drive. If i try to drive immediately the car is juddering and sometimes looses power.
When I took it to Mercedes they advised that I need new air filter and new MAF sensor, they changed it but I still have the problem. I have went back a few times for the same issue and they said they cannot find a problem. Now I was starting to wonder If i wasnt conned. I have asked for an initial quick test log and they said that they don't have it.
Thay have provided me with a stored fault related to MAF but that fault was only happened at a different mileage. I will upload a picture so you can have a look. I would really appreciate if someone can explain me what this means. Thank you!
Sorry about the picture. Here are some key points: my actual mileage at the time of test was 162953, the last occurrence was at 62950km.
Why would they fix something that didn't wasnt faulty for more than 100000 miles?

Take the data to the service manager as it sounds like trump may have worked on the car.

It's not a MAF fault, you have a significant vacuum leak if your idle is 900rpm. The MAF code is being thrown because of all the unmetered air entering the intake from somewhere. Vacuum leak hunting is always fun..

Thank you both for your message!

Thank you! I'll chase it up with the garage again. Hopefully will get this sorted.
