Unhappy Check Right Parking Lamp - Electrical Power Surge?

I have LEDs for parking lights and it they keep getting blown. This leaves me to believe there is a power surge.

I had the charging system tested and it seemed normal.

Every once in a great while, it will be hard starting or cranking. It's very infrequent.

Car is 2009 C350 with 120K miles

Has anyone dealt with this issue that can offer any advice? Thanks

they're not blowing from surging, they're dying because they're baking themselves to death in the housing

It has not been hot here. It's only been in the mid 60's.
