2009 Flex Disc Replacement Help

Could not find a thread that answered a number of questions.

Car: 2009 C350 Mercedes with 120k.

Tools Recommended per Pelican Flex Disk Replacement: E12 Torx, 18mm wrench, T60 Torx, floor jack

Q 1. It is advisable to replace both front and rear regardless if only one is bad?
Q 2. Does anyone have torque specs or is that necessary?

If anyone has done this replacement, please comment with anything to look out for. Thanks.

The flex coupling bolts are torqued to 68NM.
If you have it to bits you might as well replace both.
Mark the flanges so you can put them back as they were.
