Anti Roll Bar / Sway Bar Bushes
Hi friends,
I've got a W204 FL (C180 MY2012) that has a squeak in the rear when going over speed bumps, was at the dealers the other day and have been told the antiroll bar / sway bar bushings are split.
They've quoted me £260.40 for a new anti roll bar parts and labour.
What are my alternative options?
Can I purchase the bushes separately (OEM or aftermarket) and have an indy replace them?
(I've heard rumours that on the facelift versions, the bushes are fused to the anti roll bar but can be cut off and replaced with an older model's)
Are second hand anti roll bars worth the risk?
Should I just lube up the current bushes with grease?
