Blower regulator/ motor / climate control
Hi, I recently bought a c250 cdi w204 (2010) and the air conditioning system keeps messing with me.
First the blower would stop after a while (sometimes after 100km other times after 50 or 200). I ordered a new blower and when I connected it to the regulator it wouldn't work at all, so I went back to store gave back the blower and asked for a new blower regulator. After connecting the new regulator everything worked fine for about 2 months. Now the problem is back slightly different : after longs roads the blower stop, after 200-250 km it stops and next day works fine. First i hit the blower motor and started working again, but next day same problem. I took out the blower disassembled it and check the motor inside ( it a behr blower and inside it has a bosch motor) the brushes seem fine (they are not new but also they are not maxed out ). After putting it back am tried it on the car (without putting it in the dash housing) it looks live the rpm is oscillating slightly. Also I tried connecting it directly to a 12v battery and it work fine.
