is there some sort of setting in missing? everything else lights up besides the keypad and the audio inputs and it’s really annoying at night

My vehicle is a different year that yours, so I don't know. But, it would seem they should all be lit.

Broken bulb, most likely.

Have you checked fuses? Also note that the right vent control is not lit either. That could mean multiple bulbs not working. Maybe a wire clip behind the console has come loose.

Was revisiting this post and found this interesting, now the left control knob is also out! Its been out for awhile, but magically turned on for a few minutes the other day, but then turned off again. So it seems like its... spreading? I dont know but so weird that it started with one knob and now they're both out...
