Recommended Heat Wrap For Air Intake Hose
The air intake hoses after a while wear out.

Next thing you know there's a hole at the tip.

Can anyone recommend a heat wrap?

2009 MB C300 Sport 4matic
I replaced my deteriorated intake hoses with silicone lined hose myself. Snug fitted the end to the forward air intake with good results. ( 2009 C300 )

Mine are fine. I just replaced them. I trying to take pre-emptive care to prevent this from happening again.

If anyone knows of a heat wrap that's effective.
