Angry Cable Bracket Won't Fit Bilstein B4 - WTF
Bought Bilstein B4 struts, 22-240675 for my 2009 C350. Only problem was the Cable bracket would not fit.

See Pics. Kind of surprised Bilstein dropped the ball on this.

You can see how much wider the Sachs is. Anyone else experience this?

I had the same issue on the front right cable mount. I took a dremel and notched out a 90° tab, fit like a glove. Used a cable tie as well to shore it up. I contacted Billstein and they didn't seem concerned in the least.
