Rattle noise at above 2,300 rpm

Rattle noise at above 2,300 rpm
Hi Every one I am new hear and this is my first tread and unfortunately I need everyones knowledge to help me out.....
I have an W204 C250 (m271.86 engine).
Had an rattle noise from start up and also rattle noise when i drive above 2,300 rpm.
I thought as usual cam ger issue so have changed
Cam gear both (BBR brand) couldnt afford genuine...
Timing chain (genuine)
Timing chain tensioner (genuine)
Chain guides (genuine)
When the work was done I noticed timing chain was stretched and probably one tooth out.
Went back to gether, turned over and timing was perfect.
When start the engine was perfect untill i rev up to 2,300 rpm...
Now I am stuck and scratching my head what will cause this rattle noise.
The sound seems to coming from the top.
It drives good, no noise untill 2,300 rpm.
Some one please help me out and any advice will be appreciate.
