Command center and ac shuts down when driving

2012 C300 4 matic

Command center and ac shuts down when driving

Hi guys so my 2012 c300 is messing up. When I’m driving I get a error on my command system screen “command system shutting off”. When this happens I lose turn signals my high beam indicator and e brake light on dash turn on. My ac shuts down and obviously the radio screen goes black. It turns back on after a few seconds, and still drives while off. It’s done this like 7 times in a 30 min drive. Anyone have this happen before? Is this a easy fix or am I about a to get a taste of my first costly repair.

Did you every figure out what the issue was? I am having the exact same problem now.

Most likely the command system is going out. You need to get it diagnosed properly by MB to know if that is the problem as can be a safety issue if it dissables your car's safety system.
