Can this be caused from baking?

Plasti dipped the inside part of my headlight last night and noticed these on both headlights this morning. I don't feel them on the outside so they have to be from inside. They are very micro webbing cracks. I can only assume it happened during baking. Any other idea?

Might buy some eBay lenses to swap them. Don't think these can be fixed

So you baked the headlights to get the lenses off, plastidipped the headlights and baked them again to seal it all back up? And when you took them out of the oven everything looked good? Then this morning after everything cooled off is when you see this? If it seems like it is on the inside maybe it was some kind of solvent outgassing from the plasti-dip that attacked the polycarbonate lens. Just spitballing here, but I do know that unless there is some kind of surface coating on polycarbonate it is not very chemical resistant.

I noticed it after I baked the headlights shut. Wonder if it is from fumes and if it can be buffed out.

This may be it. How long did you wait before baking the lights after they were PlastiDipped?

Waited til it was dry to touch so maybe that was a bad idea. I've been doing some research and this could be what is called headlight crazing. The car is almost 10 years old and it does sit outside a lot. Maybe the combination of head and fumes expedited it. I think my only solution now is to replace with new lens.

My friend said this after I asked him after we talked about Plasti dip in the other thread. This is probably it but with heat that high fractures aren't out of question. He also suggested not using Plasti dip.
