I need help
Hey guys I drive a 2009 C350 she's a stunner hasn't given me any problems upto now touch wood it stays that way
The problem I'm having is my command controll unit the rotary function wasn't working so I ordered the aluminum shaft replacement off of ebay installed it put the unit back together checking every component ensuring I did it correctly but when I reinstalled the unit in my car I found it to have stopped working completely the back and clear buttons don't even light up anymore and I checked the wiring and all is perfect
Can anyone help I would really appreciate it

Do you have an advanced scan tool to check for faults? If not, spend $150 and get an iCarsoft MB II so you know what is going on.

I was wondering if it may not be a fuse I'm just not sure where the fuse for the unit is as there are 3 fuse boxes
