is this mass air flow sensor on 2013 c300 engine?
from the shape, it is intake air temperature sensor. Then where is the mass air flow sensor on this machine(M276)?

You circled it in red. Not typically what other MAF sensors look like.

agree， it is the air intake temperature sensor. I'm wondering where the MAF sensor is or even this can has one....
